Last Updated: October 2026 • Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India
General Scope & Website Use
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and partners accessing uvesolar.com and utilizing services provided by UV Energy Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
You agree to use this site strictly for legitimate, lawful purposes, and you confirm that any property or contact details submitted by you are authentic, accurate, and authorized by the respective property owner.
Solar Calculator & Online Estimates
The solar generation calculations, monthly savings estimates, and recommended kW capacities provided on our website (including our Solar Savings Calculator) are generated for preliminary planning and educational purposes:
- Calculations are based on average annual solar irradiation levels in India, typical DISCOM electricity slab tariffs, and standard PV module efficiencies.
- Final generation figures and system capacity are determined only following an on-site physical engineering survey that evaluates roof tilt, structural azimuth, shading obstructions, and actual connected load.
- Online calculator results do not constitute a legally binding quotation or contractual guarantee of generation.
Site Feasibility & Rooftop Readiness
Prior to executing an installation, UVE Solar engineers conduct a thorough site verification:
- The client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the rooftop, electrical metering room, and designated inverter installation areas.
- The building rooftop must be structurally sound and capable of supporting standard aluminium/galvanized mounting structures and wind-load pressures according to MNRE guidelines.
- Any civil structural reinforcements, tree trimming, or waterproofing required prior to mounting must be agreed upon in the engineering project scope.
Government Subsidies & DISCOM Approvals
UVE Solar actively assists customers in applying for solar subsidies (including PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and state DISCOM net-metering schemes):
- All subsidy eligibility criteria, documentation approvals, meter replacement timelines, and direct benefit transfer (DBT) disbursals are strictly under the regulatory discretion of the respective state DISCOM and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).
- UVE Solar provides end-to-end liaison support and portal filings but is not responsible for policy revisions, documentation delays by government authorities, or state budget allocations beyond our control.
Warranties & Component Standards
We deploy only Tier-1 ALMM-listed solar PV modules and BIS-certified inverters:
- Solar Modules: Covered by manufacturer performance warranties (typically 25 to 30 years linear performance output) and 10 to 12 years product material warranty.
- Inverters: Covered by manufacturer warranties (standard 5 to 10 years, with options for extended warranty).
- Installation & Workmanship: UVE Solar provides a comprehensive workmanship and installation warranty covering structural mounts, DC/AC cabling, and earthing protection as detailed in your specific EPC agreement.
Payments, Cancellations & Milestones
Project pricing, milestone payment schedules (booking advance, material dispatch, structure erection, and commissioning), and cancellation clauses are explicitly governed by the formal EPC Contract signed between UVE Solar and the client.
Prices quoted in official estimates remain valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance due to market fluctuations in raw materials and module pricing.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for project delays or performance failures arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), including natural calamities, extreme weather, lightning strikes exceeding designed surge protections, grid power failures, civil unrest, or statutory government lockdowns.
In no event shall UVE Solar be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or utility grid outages.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any agreements entered into with UV Energy Solutions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
